To comply with that law, Mars is introducing clear, on-pack labeling on our products that contain GM ingredients nationwide.”Notice that a law was passed in one state, Vermont. Mars is not doing this out of the concern for human health. Let's just make that clear.
General Mills will also label GMO ingredients in its products. Vermont's law about GMO labeling will take effect in July 2016.
